1 hour sessions in the pool. One Appointment is for One resident only. You can input your email for an emailed confirmation and reminder. Please observe physical distancing and do not loiter on the pool deck. Please only use the pool furniture that has been placed on the pool deck. Wear your masks all the way over your nose while on pool deck. Thank you.

The Gym is open to two reservations at a time. Please make a reservation for each person, not per household. Please be sure to limit your time to 45 minutes. Please clean each machine directly after use, and maintain 6 foot physical distancing and keep your mask on at all times. Use the Recumbent Technogym Bike, CyberCycle (#1), or Upright Bike for your Cardio exercise on the outdoor Patio of the Mountain View Cafe. Enter through the Cafe straight to the patio area. 45 minute sessions with a 15 minute buffer- max 3 residents. One person per appointment. There may also be a resident with a Physical Therapist present. Small weights, bands and some balance equipment will also be available.

Rez system works hreat! However How do I cancel areservation when I unexpectedly will be in quarantine??? Please cancel my afternoon Nustep appointment on Tuesday October 18. Thank you
